Outside of the nutrition science field, I am an avid mushroom forager, hiker, reader, and foodie. I enjoy being outside with my two dogs, Juniper and Willow, and soaking up the sunshine. On rainy days, you’ll find me curled up with a cup of herbal tea and a good book (either fantasy or science!)

In addition to these hobbies, I enjoy bowling, trivia nights, and traveling as much as possible. Here’s to the goal of visiting every National Park in the country (one day).
