Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the 3 Month Plan for?

The 3-month program works well for individuals who want focused support to improve their nutrition and lifestyle habits, establish a strong foundation, and begin working toward specific health goals.

This program includes six 1-hour follow-up sessions, communication between sessions through Practice Better, and a comprehensive plan to support your health goals

Who is the 6 Month Plan for?

The 6-month program is ideal for individuals who want deeper support while working through more complex or long-standing health concerns, or who prefer more time to implement changes and build sustainable habits.

This program includes twelve 1-hour follow-up sessions, communication between sessions through Practice Better, and a comprehensive plan to support your health goals

Do I have to commit to a package?

No. While many clients choose to enroll in a program for ongoing support, packages are not required.

You are welcome to begin with an Initial Consultation and decide afterward whether you would like to continue working together through individual follow-up sessions or one of the longer support programs.

Many clients find that programs provide the most consistent support and accountability, especially when working on more complex or long-standing health concerns, but the choice is entirely yours.

What makes your approach different?

My approach combines personalized nutrition guidance with behavior change support, allowing us to address both the strategy and the implementation of improving your health. Rather than relying on quick fixes or one-size-fits-all protocols, we work together to understand your health history, identify patterns, and develop nutrition and lifestyle strategies that are tailored to your individual needs.

In addition to creating personalized plans, I focus on helping clients build sustainable habits and understand how nutrition, lifestyle factors, and the nervous system interact to influence overall health. This collaborative approach helps ensure that changes are realistic, adaptable, and supportive of long-term well-being.

Do I need to follow everything perfectly for this to work?

Not at all. The goal of our work together is progress, not perfection.

Nutrition and lifestyle changes tend to be most effective when they are realistic and sustainable within your daily life. Rather than expecting rigid adherence to a plan, our sessions focus on identifying practical strategies that you can implement consistently and adjusting those strategies if something is not working well for you.

Many clients find that meaningful improvements come from small, consistent changes over time. Our work together is collaborative, and we will continue refining your plan based on your experiences, progress, and evolving goals.

Where does health coaching fit in?

Health coaching sessions focus on behavior change, accountability, and supporting the implementation of healthy habits.

While nutrition consultations are centered on developing and refining your personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan, health coaching sessions focus more on helping you apply those strategies in your day-to-day life. These sessions can be helpful for setting goals, working through obstacles, building consistent routines, and maintaining momentum between nutrition consultations.

Some clients prefer a more practical, action-focused approach and do not feel the need to dive deeply into the scientific details of nutrition strategies. For these individuals, health coaching can provide the structure and support needed to stay consistent while making meaningful lifestyle changes.
