Today’s Nutrition,
Tomorrow’s Resilience.
Thoughtful nutrition guidance designed to support clarity, resilience, and long-term health.
Hi, and welcome! I’m Chloe, a Functional Nutrition Practitioner.
My work focuses on supporting the connection between the gut, brain, and metabolism to help you improve energy, digestion, sleep, and overall well-being. I take a personalized approach that combines nutrition strategy, lifestyle guidance, and behavior change support so that recommendations are realistic and sustainable.
How I Approach Nutrition
Health is rarely shaped by a single factor. Nutrition, sleep, stress, digestion, movement, and daily habits all interact to influence how we feel and function.
My approach focuses on understanding these patterns and developing personalized nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support sustainable, long-term wellbeing. Rather than quick fixes or rigid protocols, we work together to build practical changes that fit your life.

ABOUT
CHLOE, MScN
she/her/hers
Food has been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I spent countless hours in the kitchen experimenting with spices, trying new recipes, and discovering how different flavors could come together to create something meaningful. Cooking was both creative and grounding, and it sparked an early curiosity about the relationship between food and how we feel.
That curiosity deepened when I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Studying human behavior and the mind strengthened my interest in understanding how people think, feel, and interact with their environment. It also sparked a lasting interest in the brain and the many ways lifestyle factors — including nutrition — influence cognitive health over time.
My own health journey further shaped the way I approach this work. Living with Lyme disease pushed me to explore health from a much broader perspective and to recognize how interconnected the body’s systems truly are. During that time, I began learning more about nervous system regulation, stress physiology, and the ways our bodies adapt to chronic challenges.
Practices like yoga, meditation, and spending time in nature became powerful tools for helping my body recover and regain balance. These experiences reinforced something that continues to guide my work today: nutrition is incredibly important, but it rarely exists in isolation. Sleep, stress, digestion, daily habits, and nervous system health all interact to influence how we feel and function.
Today, my work focuses on helping clients better understand the relationship between nutrition, digestion, metabolism, and the gut–brain connection. I am especially interested in how these factors influence long-term cognitive health and overall resilience.
My goal is to empower you with knowledge about your health in a way that feels compassionate, practical, and sustainable. Together, we will explore your health history, symptoms, and goals while building a plan that aligns with your lifestyle and capacity for change.
In my work, I draw on health coaching, functional lab review, and current research to translate complex health information into guidance that is clear and actionable. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel supported, informed, and actively involved in the process.
If you’re interested in learning more about your health, supporting digestion and energy levels, or exploring the connection between nutrition and brain health, I invite you to schedule a free discovery call to see if working together feels like the right fit.
